Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using Creuse websites, apps, rider services, driver services, and support channels.
Using Creuse
You must use Creuse lawfully, provide accurate information, respect riders and drivers, and follow all applicable app instructions, local rules, and safety requirements.
Rider services
Riders are responsible for entering accurate pickup and destination details, being ready at pickup, treating drivers and vehicles respectfully, and paying applicable fares, fees, tolls, or adjustments.
Driver services
Drivers are responsible for meeting eligibility requirements, keeping documents current, following road laws, maintaining appropriate vehicle standards, and delivering trips professionally.
Driver subscriptions
Creuse may charge drivers a subscription fee for access to driver services. Unless stated otherwise in the app, drivers keep 100% of their trip earnings, while subscription fees, penalties, taxes, refunds, or other lawful deductions may be handled separately.
Payments and fares
Creuse may show estimated or confirmed prices in the app. Final charges may include applicable fees, route changes, waiting time, cancellation charges, taxes, tolls, or other permitted adjustments.
Safety and conduct
Creuse may restrict, suspend, or remove access for unsafe behavior, fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.
Changes to the service
Creuse may update features, pricing, availability, policies, and these Terms. Continued use of Creuse after changes means you accept the updated terms.
